Q&A

  1. Do I need to prepare anything before my session?

It’s best to wear comfortable clothing and come with an open mind and no expectations. Each session is unique—sometimes more intense, sometimes gentler—tailored to your body’s needs in the moment.

2. What is the difference between a De-armouring and an Embodied Tantra Session?

De-armouring :

A bodywork session combining breathwork and conscious touch. The approach ranges from soft to deep tissue-focused, exploring areas of tension held in the body. Open communication supports the process of releasing stored physical and emotional tension. Partial nudity may occur when working with the intimate area.

Embodied Tantra:

A slow, mostly silent full-body or intimate focused oil massage in a state of presence and awareness. Rooted in tantric ritual work, the session may include focused deep tissue-style touch in the intimate area, always guided by consent and agreement.

3. How many sessions will I need to see results?

The number of sessions varies depending on your goals and the challenges you’re addressing. Some clients notice benefits after just one session, while others choose to work with me on my programs for deeper transformation.

4. How often should I take a session?

It’s recommended to wait 2 to 4 weeks between sessions to allow your body and energy to integrate the experience fully.
