I’m Valeria and AMACURA is the embodiment of my life experiences and natural talents, and also my gift to you.
My calling in life is to help support others as they deepen their relationship with their bodies through self-awareness and self-improvement, a life path I began in 2010.
Over the years, I have completed training for different massage techniques and healing modalities with teachers from schools around the world including:(Old MedicineHospital Thailand; ASOMI Italy; Massieren Lernen Berlin; Psychedelic Reiki Massage SchoolBerlin; Avalanche Bodywork Nederlands; John Hawkenand Freya Wolna Poland). During my various trainings, I came to the realization that we are experiencing life from our bodies and that the more we know and are aware of what is going on inside of us, the better we can understand where to let go so that we can allow life to flow through.
Therefore, my work focuses on increasing one’s body awareness so that it can become a starting point for one’s healing path and serve as a bridge to the fulfillment of one’s human potential in this lifetime.
I truly believe that through conscious touch, inner patterns that have contributed to physical and emotional blockages can be moved, acknowledged, and let go to create space for new ways of thinking, feeling, and navigating life.
Though pain and sorrow are part of the human condition and are often imprinted on us from the external world, we have the potential to transform them into a more positive state of being allowing creativity, joy, and pleasure to flow more naturally into our lives.
My (self)healing path took several years before I had a positive transformation, thanks in part to my background in healing modalities and also my creative curiosity. Art has become a tool that I use often to support my healing journey (see gallery) and is also one of my favorite hobbies.
In honoring the full spectrum of my life experiences, I feel confident that my mission is to inspire others and support them in their healing journey.
It is my biggest source of fulfillment to witness others´ commitment to self-care and longing for self-improvement by choosing to work with me.
