A gentle, respectful, and consent-based bodywork session supporting relaxation and release in the pelvic and genital tissues, including the perineum, clitoris, labia, vaginal vestibule, urethral opening, hymenal ring, vaginal canal, cervix, and surrounding pelvic structures. Touch is slow, attuned, and guided at all times by informed consent and nervous system readiness.
This work may support the softening of tension, protective holding patterns, and scar tissue related to childbirth, surgery, medical procedures, or other life experiences.
A scar-tissue remediation technique (STREAM, developed by Ellen Heed) using castor oil may be offered as a possible treatment, depending on individual needs and consent.
