DE-ARMOURING

Transform tension. Reclaim vitality.

De-armouring is a gentle yet powerful invitation to soften the protective layers the body has developed over time. These layers—often formed through challenging life experiences, unexpressed emotions, or incomplete processes—can remain held within the body and nervous system.

This work, inspired by the Gaia Method developed by Susanne Rousgaard, supports the gradual release of stored tension while reconnecting you with your body’s innate intelligence.

Conscious breathing weaves through the entire process, guiding awareness into areas of holding and allowing patterns to soften and unwind. As breath and sensation come together, space is created for energy to move more freely.

Throughout the session, you are invited to stay connected to your inner experience and share what you feel. In this way, the session becomes a collaborative, intuitive co-creation—honouring your body’s rhythm, your boundaries, and your unique process.

Intimate De-Armouring

Intimate de-armouring is a respectful, non-sexual approach that supports the gentle release of tension held in the genital area. It is a deeply attuned process of listening to the body at its core, creating space for awareness, sensitivity, and reconnection.

For many people, holding in this area can be linked to past experiences such as medical procedures, emotional challenges, or disruptions in natural function. This work offers a safe and supportive way to meet what is present, without pressure or expectation.

Through careful, conscious touch and guided awareness, de-armouring of the genital tissues can help release stored tension in the muscles, connective tissue, and even at a cellular level. This may support increased ease, sensation, and a more integrated relationship with the body.
